Staff were super communicative and helpful. The facility has easy access and I was kindly refunded some days, despite my leaving last minute notice. Moreover, if you're looking for removals AND storage, we used Regal Removals Ltd who are affiliated with Secure Storage - they have 24hr access, and an extra level of trust which meant we didn't need to attend the drop-off and pick-up. Won't hesitate to use them if we need storage again!
I have used the container storage at Secure storage solutions for almost one year, found my experience very straight forward, the site is extremely secure & the staff very helpful.The whole site is immaculately kept due to the grounds manager being very on the ball and work proud.100 percent would recommend to anyone.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage options!Customer service was perfect and the team were very helpful and kind. The storage unit was in great condition and lovely and clean. Checking in was very quick and easy and they offered to put me in touch with local companies that could help move me when needed. The fob access to the site and extra security I observed made me very comfortable with leaving my items with them.
Needed storage at short notice and the team sorted this out very quickly and couldn't have been more helpfulThe site is extremely secure but allows great flexibility with access at weekends and evenings, which really suited me. Prices are very reasonable and you only pay for the days you use, which is very fair (I vacated half way through a month and got a refund)I would highly recommend to anyone needing short or long term storage solutions

I recommend them as a venue which is additional to home storage and enables one to keep the home clear of much needed but currently unused items.
