We are well known for our outstanding customer service during office hours. And when our friendly staff are tucked up in bed recharging for the next day – you can be assured our electronic key fob access system, flood lit security lighting and high definition security cameras recording 365 days of the year, are protecting your precious or bulky items.

Are staff available on site?
From 8.30-17.00 on weekdays, and 08.00-12.00 on Saturdays, staff are available on site to provide assistance where necessary.
How big do I need my storage to be?

How much does storage cost?
For self storage and container storage, we’re more than happy to give you a personalised quote. For car storage and motorbike storage, you can opt for weekly, monthly or yearly plans. Where can I reach your storage facility from?
Secure Storage Solutions is available to all, but we’re most convenient for Kent customers living and operating in areas that include Margate, Broadstairs, Deal, Folkestone, Sandwich, Canterbury, Birchington, Ramsgate, Dover, Herne Bay, and Whitstable.
What security measures are in place?
To ensure your possessions are maintained securely, we have 24/7 HD CCTV, LED floodlights that operate at all times, site access control via an electric fob, and staff on site during office hours. Our general manager is also available to greet and escort each entry to and exit from our site, and we operate an automated entry gate system.
Do you offer insurance?
Not directly. Most of our customers use Surewise for their self storage insurance which is available from just £13.49 per year, and includes theft, fire, flood, pests and more, with no excess and no hidden fees. You’ll receive an instant certificate via email.
